It was made with plastic and suction is not strong.
Compared to my Dirtdevil Vision Turbo or Sears Wet and Dry vac(I know that they are different categories of machines)
this thing have only the half of the suction power.
When I cleaned the stairs with this machine, I have to remove cobweb and other stuff out of the vacuum tube because of the
weak suction.
It is light OK actually very light like plastic light.
And you cannot reuse the filter bag. You can use it only once. That means more money.
It is quiet. And backpack vacuum is much easier to use than upright or canister type.

I purchased this vacuum so that I could vacuum the majority of the house in a short amount of time. Other canister vacuums got in my way,didn't follow well and I grew tired of dragging around the bulk of uprights. I like this one because it is light weight, comfortable to carry on my back, and has a very strong suction.(I bought the carpet attachment) It does a fantastic job and I can knock out the job in a short amount of time. I have a fettish for vacuum cleaners and this is by far the best one yet.
